Paper cellar papers and a Personal Impressions stamp all layered. Added a pretty flower and brad, sticky ribbon and stamped sentiment. Again one of my favourites!

Mother's day card
I made this for my fabulous mum! I love her so much and we were about ready to go to Harrogate Papercraft show where of course we would be doing a 'lot' of shopping! lol
I used a Personal Impressions stamp and coloured it with my promarkers. Then layered it on lilac and white card. I used a sheet of PaperCellar tartan paper to cover a square card and added ribbon, bow and charm. I cut the word MUM using my mum's Cricut and stuck on with sticky squares to add depth.

I covered a 14.5cm square card with a pretty Papermania Signature Regency Paper. The chair for this card was made using ribbon stuck onto card so that it folds out from the card to give depth. I then stamped a GG stamp and coloured her with Promarkers. After cutting her out carefully she was stuck into the fold of the chair with a deep ribbon behind her to act as a cushion. Using flowers that I cut out with a punch I added brads to fit them around her chair. Stamped a sentiment onto the paper and added a pretty pink ribbon and brad to give a feminie feel.

Well that's gone and done it!
What have I done? On Friday I handed in my resignation at work and gave, as per my contract, 24hrs notice!
So here I am on Monday a 'lady of leisure' :)
How did I spend my first day as unemployed? Well I mucked my horse out, took hubby to the Drs with his tennis elbow, had lunch, emulsioned the hall and stairs, did the horse again and cooked a tea, made some soup for tomorrow too :)
How does it feel? Absolutely bloomin fantastic!
